These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Local Care Services website (localcareservices.com.au) and the services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Our Services
Local Care Services provides NDIS-aligned disability and aged care support across Adelaide, South Australia, including daily living assistance, community participation, nursing support, accommodation, transport and household maintenance. All services are delivered in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and applicable Australian law.
3. Service Agreements
Ongoing supports are delivered under a written Service Agreement that outlines the scope, pricing, cancellation policy and participant rights. Pricing follows the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits where applicable.
4. Enquiries & Communications
By submitting an enquiry through our website, you consent to us contacting you using the details provided in order to respond to your request. We do not use enquiry data for marketing without your consent.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are set out in your individual Service Agreement and follow NDIS short-notice cancellation rules. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a scheduled support.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of Local Care Services or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Local Care Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Feedback & Complaints
We welcome feedback. Concerns can be raised directly with us, or escalated to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
